Simple Pricing Structure. No Transaction Fees.

The OCS Access monthly license fee includes all you need to successfully operate your Online Ordering system at a low monthly price.

Account pricing is based on the number of people who will be ordering from your web site (User IDs). It's important to remember that it is very unlikely that all of your customers will place their orders via your website. Therefore, you do not need a User ID for every customer you have. It is equally important to note that at some large customers you may have to setup a User ID for more than one person.

The monthly license fees indicated above include use of the OCS Access Online Ordering Solution, initial setup, technical support and periodic bug fixes or standard software enhancements which OCS Access may release on a nonscheduled basis.

Pricing FAQs
OCS Access currently accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For customers who do not wish to use a credit card, payment can be made via company check.
Credit card payments are processed automatically between the 1st and 5th of each month, an invoice marked "paid" will be mailed to you for your records. Similarly, invoices are mailed to those customers whom wish to pay by check between the 1st and 5th of each month.
OCS Access's rate for custom development is currently $165 per hour.
An invoice will be sent via regular mail (or email by request), by the 5th of the month, if appropriate, for any billable work. Even for those customers paying via credit card, custom development is NEVER charged automatically to your credit card. You can opt to pay your custom development bill via credit card if you wish. OCS Access will contact you for a formal confirmation each time prior to processing any charges.
Important Notes:

OCS Access's Online Ordering software is a licensed product. Clients pay a monthly subscription fee for the right to use the OCS Access Online Ordering software on a monthly basis. Upon termination on the monthly subscription, clients must cease using the OCS Access Online Ordering software and retain no rights to the software what-so-ever.
