Pricing

The OCS Access monthly license fee includes all you need to successfully operate your Online Ordering system at a low monthly price.

Account pricing is based on the number of people who will be ordering from your web site (User IDs). It's important to remember that it is very unlikely that all of your customers will place their orders via your website. Therefore, you do not need a User ID for every customer you have. It is equally important to note that at some large customers you may have to setup a User ID for more than one person.

The monthly license fees indicated above include use of the OCS Access Online Ordering Solution, initial setup, technical support and periodic bug fixes or standard software enhancements which OCS Access may release on a nonscheduled basis.

Can I pay via credit card?

OCS Access currently accepts American Express credit card payments only. Subscriptions paid via credit card receive a $15 per month discount off the monthly license fee. For customers who do not use American Express, payment can be made via company check.

When and how will my monthly license fee be charged?

American Express payments are processed automatically between the 1st and 5th of the first month of the billing quarter as follows:
  • January 1 (invoiced for Jan-Mar)
  • April 1 (invoiced for Apr-Jun)
  • July 1 (invoiced for Jul-Sep)
  • October 1 (invoiced for Oct-Dec)

A sales receipt will be sent via email. For all other customers, paperless invoices are sent via email by the 5th of the first month of the billing quarter. OCS Access utilizes paperless billing whenver possible. Traditional paper invoices will incur a $15.00 service charge each quarter.

How much do you charge for custom projects?

OCS Access's rate for custom development is currently $125 per hour.

When and how will I be charged for custom projects?

An invoice will be sent via email by the 5th of the month, if appropriate, for any billable work. Even for those customers paying via American Express, custom development is NEVER charged automatically to your credit card. You can opt to pay your custom development bill via American Express. However, OCS Access will contact you for a verbal confirmation each time prior to processing any charges.
OCS Access's Online Ordering software is a licensed product. Clients pay a monthly subscription fee for the right to use the OCS Access Online Ordering software on a monthly basis. Upon termination on the monthly subscription, clients must cease using the OCS Access Online Ordering software and retain no rights to the software what-so-ever.
